I seem to occasionally have some trouble sleeping. I know when to go to bed but I sometimes am not relaxed enough which means that I wake up a few times during the night, this happened last night.
Every morning to try to stimulate my metabolism I have a big big glass of water, this is about equal to three glasses and then hit my bike to get to work. At work lately I have been eating Instant Oatmeal (yummy) which is a change from the bagels and Nutella that I ate during the summer.
What do you eat? Do you take care of your morning diet to try to get the day started on a high energy note?
